hueprism plays a continuous stream of generative ambient art. The default mode is fully automatic — themes and palettes shuffle on a soft schedule. To customize, click the menu icon in the top-right corner.
Does it need an internet connection? The web version does. The macOS and iOS apps include everything and work offline.
Why does my fan spin up? Some themes (Fractal, Quasicrystal, Reaction-Diffusion) are heavier — they compute frame-by-frame on the CPU. Try a lighter theme like Color Field, Bokeh, or Polar Drift.
How are themes selected? A scheduler picks a new theme every 15–600s (configurable in the panel) avoiding the last 4 themes you saw. You can pin a single theme via the panel's "theme" dropdown, or double-tap / double-click; do it again to resume.
Does it keep my screen on? Yes, while hueprism is in front. On a Mac the display can sleep again when the window is hidden or covered.
Will it drain my laptop battery? Continuous animation does use power. Lower the motion speed slider, choose a lighter theme, or pause the tab for low-power use.

배터리에 영향 있나요? 연속 애니메이션은 전력을 씁니다. 모션 속도 슬라이더 낮추거나, 가벼운 테마 선택하거나, 탭을 일시 정지하세요.
